This device can measure the speed of rotation of a body with the help of a Hall sensor. It can measure speeds from 3.8 to 9999 RPM.
This adopts low-speed measurement period and high-speed measurement frequency. Through the algorithm, the entire measurement range is maintained with high accuracy and can reflect the speed instantaneously. For example, it can immediately display zero when the machine is stopped, and the display data does not flicker. It adopts precision voltage reference source, small temperature coefficient, optocoupler isolation, digital filter has good anti-interference performance and stable operation, and is widely used in various speed measuring devices.
Installation Caution: The magnet must be attached to the moving body so that the N-point is pointing towards the sensor, otherwise it will not work. The red LED indicates whether it is positioned correctly (and if it is at the correct distance, less than 10 mm).
Press the S and ▼ keys at the same time to display P-01 , press the S key to display the value of P-01 , press the ▼ and ▲ keys to modify the number, and then press the S key to display P-02.
P-01 : Ratio setting numerator 1-9999
P-02 : Denominator of proportional setting 1-9999
P-03 : Sensitivity adjustment 0-250 default 0 when the speed fluctuates but hope
This value can be increased appropriately when the display is stable.
Example 1 : Set the numerator and denominator to 1 Frequency is displayed when;
Example 2 : Numerator =60 , denominator =1 , display revolutions / minute (factory default value);
Example 3 : a signal length of 0.12 meters (0.12 / 1) * 60 Simplification 36/5 molecules 36 , the denominator 5 , the number of display meters per minute;
Example 4 : wheel circumference 1.5 meters and a ring 1 signal, (1.5 / 1) * 3600/1000 Simplification 27/5 molecules 27 , the denominator 5 , displays km / time.

Power interface: DC 8 ~ 24V or AC 6 ~ 18V ( DC12V DC input is recommended , pay attention to the positive and negative, the circuit board has the mark +- )

Note: Pay attention to the polarity of the magnet when using it. If the magnet passes near the sensor, if there is no speed display, change the other side of the magnet. The installation must be firm to prevent it from being thrown out at high speed. The effective distance between the front of the Hall sensor and the magnet <5MM.
