Fantastic! used this to eliminate my 1.5 v batteries. Took 6.3 v and used one of these buck converters to get a fully regulated 1.5 vdc supply
Superb unit!
I use them to power led trips and small computers (Raspberry Pi and Arduino) for LED light shows. I power them from 12V and adjust the output to 5V. I do add a small heat sink to the IC to keep it cool.

Very high quality product came with heatsink, in Oscilloscope I don't see any bad circuit noises overflow and I use this product for supplying my project voice power circuit.

Great little board!
I am working on some DIY card stuff and needed to step-down from 12v to various other voltages. 5v for USB based things, 3.3v for some oddball cameras, etc. This is a versatile little board that is reusable and prevent you from having to wire up something specific for a given project.
Excellent product
These things are so handy and they work excellently better than lm2596. There's a screw that allows you to adjust the output voltage and then no matter what voltage you put in the output voltage is correct.
Work great!
Works great - operating overnight at about 2.5A of current, didn't get any warmer than 40°C. Output voltage was consistent to within +/- 0.02V across current ranges I tested. Includes the pictured stick-on aluminum heat-sink (but does not include stand-offs).
Perfect For My Needs
This is super simple to use. Wire in some sort of voltage on the In+ and In- Pins, have a multimeter on the output pins and adjust the output with the potentiometer on the circuit, that easy.
Perfect match for Li-on battery balancer
Great quality at an amazing price. Tested this with my ohm meter and units perform exactly as advertised. With the DC voltage varying in from my solar panel, the output voltage stayed rock solid at 12.4. With the high efficiency of these devices, my battery powered project will swap a microprocessor based controler with this buck converter. Perfect match with a Li-on balance controller for a very low power charging solution.
I’m surprised they work so well
All four work perfectly. I’m impressed with their performance, there’s a little voltage drop under load but that’s to be expected and easy to compensate for.

Works perfect for my purpose. I want to lower the voltage to the LEDs to get a warmer light as it dims. Wonderful.
