The USB converter to Serial CP2102 is useful for communicating between a 3.3 V or 5 V micro controller and your computer.
With DTR function, you can directly download programs to arduino pro mini. You can download programs to 51 single-chip computers such as stc89c52, STM32, etc. Can be used to debug Bluetooth/GSM/GPS modules. All CP2102 available pins the expansion is listed; Onboard 500mA fuse, with power/TX/RX indicator lights.
This module uses CP2102 from SILICON LABS as the core chip. Support common operating systems such as Windows 8/7/Vista/Server 2003/XP/2000/ Mac OS-X/OS-9/ Linux .
Support baud rate: 300, 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, 4000, 4800, 7200, 9600 , 14400, 16000, 19200, 28800, 38400 , 51200, 56000, 57600, 64000 , 76800, 115200 , 128000, 153600, 230400 , 250000, 256000 , 460800, 500000, 576000, 921600 and other common baud rates. Absolutely called the leader of USB-TTL chips.
1. TXD: CP2102's data transmission pin, usually connected to RXD of other modules. TLL level, can not be directly connected to RS232 level.
2. RXD: CP2102 data receiving pin, usually connected to TXD of other modules. TLL level, can not be directly connected to RS232 level.
3. GND: the ground of CP2102
4. 5v: output 5v power supply (maximum 500mA)
5. DTR/RST: Provide reset sequence when programming arduino pro mini and other boards.
6. 3.3v: output 3.3v power
Laid Point 1: 500mA with a resettable fuse, can effectively guarantee a load short circuit damage to the computer module or modules.

1. Install the CP210x driver.
Before using the product, you need to install the CP2102 driver on your computer.
2. Make the hardware connections.
Before making the hardware connections, turn off the expansion card and disconnect the converter from the PC. Also disconnect all sensors attached to the development board.
The converter is capable of feeding the development board to be programmed. (max 500 mA). Connect the 3.3 V pin to the development board power supply pin if it is running at 3.3 V. Otherwise, connect the 5 V pin to the power pin.

3.Charge the code on the development board.
After connecting the converter to the development board, you can enter it into your computer and select the port by opening the Tools -> Port menu . Press the "Upload" button or the CTRL + U shortcut to load the code on the development board. After the code has been written to the memory, you will receive a confirmation message that there are no problems. Otherwise, the upload is stopped and details about the problems will be displayed.
